First, thanks for following me back.

Secondly, being an old fart (older than you, Sonny), the idea of "...audio and video for excerpts and teasers" doesn't do much for me. I'm into the written word, even thought I spent years in radio (which is still my go-to for music and sports). I suspect the young-uns will feel differently. No matter - if you like doing them, keep doing it (there's a guy in one of the local writers groups who does similar). I do like the visual prompts (like for Sesame Swallow) - I recently played with AI and developed pix for brain fodder as I plot out my next novel about a guy who takes over an old run-down motel on the Oregon Coast.

Looking forward to more from you, and reading what you through out there.

Appreciate the response. I get it that audio and video doesn't work for everyone. I try to deliver across the spectrum -- the stories, text posts about the stories, images that try and grab attention, audio that appeals to those who like to consume a story while on the go, and video that mostly speaks to people my kids' ages. I tend to think most book trailers kinda suck, but I'm hoping that with some newer technologies coming soon, that can change. If nothing else, these are all just more opportunities for me to create and have some fun with my words.

Thanks for reading, and thanks again for the response. Lots to come. And that run-down motel on the Oregon Coast sounds interesting -- what's the genre?

I can't deny that video is "the thing" nowadays, and I'm actually a bit envious that so many can do so well putting something like that together (while I still have my old splicing block from my radio days, I confess to being somewhat of a Luddite with the modern tech stuff, though I did post a YouTube video once of our house). As for the OC book - I'm not 100% sure...it'll be humorous, and could be a Rom-Com (with male protagonist), or a cozy mystery...I haven't plotted it past the first 25%, and it really could go either way. That's half the fun!
